When you request a Direct Drive Service, the only delivery time frame you can expect is a DIRECT DRIVE to your destination from the moment your item is picked up. When a runner is called to your business to pick up a package, that runner becomes your personal driver until your package has been delivered. DIRECT DRIVE means, the driver is not rerouted to pickup multiple orders from different clients along the way.
